Job Responsibility:
Lead and supervise the HR Operations team, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback
Allocate tasks and monitor workflow to ensure service delivery standards and deadlines are met
Oversee and ensure accuracy in HR transactional processes, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, and employee data management
Act as a point of escalation for complex HR queries and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and data protection regulations in all HR activities
Collaborate with other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners) to support organizational objectives
Develop and implement tools & process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, service levels, and process outcomes for management review
Support audits and ensure the integrity of HR records and documentation
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years’ experience in HR operations or a similar HR function, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll platforms)
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management
