Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and supervise the HR Operations team, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback
  • Allocate tasks and monitor workflow to ensure service delivery standards and deadlines are met
  • Oversee and ensure accuracy in HR transactional processes, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, and employee data management
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex HR queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and data protection regulations in all HR activities
  • Collaborate with other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners) to support organizational objectives
  • Develop and implement tools & process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, service levels, and process outcomes for management review
  • Support audits and ensure the integrity of HR records and documentation
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years’ experience in HR operations or a similar HR function, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll platforms)
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management
