Job Description:

Working in the Regional Human Resources team, this role will require you to liaise with Singapore and regional offices to administer various HR processes. This includes working on onboarding, employee movements, offboarding, communication and HR documentations. You will communicate with the employees on the process and ensure documents are consolidated in a timely manner, manage employee data, and participate in exciting regional/ global HR projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
Positive learning attitude, with at least 2 years of HR Services experience would be advantageous
Strong understanding of HR processes
Experience in using various HR systems/ tools / ticketing systems would be relevant
Detail-oriented, adaptable, fast paced
