We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Services Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting employees, resolving inquiries, and contributing to a positive HR experience across the organization. The HR Services Representative will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related questions and requests, providing timely and accurate support while ensuring a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday, a strong customer service background, and at least 1 year of HR experience.
Job Responsibility
Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general employment matters
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and internal HR support channels
Support HR transactions and maintain accurate employee records in Workday
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes
Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex HR matters when needed
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless HR support experience
Contribute to process improvements and ongoing HR service initiatives
Requirements
1+ year of HR experience required
Payroll and Benefits experience PREFFERED
Previous customer service experience required
Experience using Workday required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
