Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Services Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting employees, resolving inquiries, and contributing to a positive HR experience across the organization. The HR Services Representative will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related questions and requests, providing timely and accurate support while ensuring a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday, a strong customer service background, and at least 1 year of HR experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general employment matters
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and internal HR support channels
  • Support HR transactions and maintain accurate employee records in Workday
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex HR matters when needed
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless HR support experience
  • Contribute to process improvements and ongoing HR service initiatives

Requirements

  • 1+ year of HR experience required
  • Payroll and Benefits experience PREFFERED
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Experience using Workday required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
