Job Responsibility
Execute end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration, promotions, transfers, and terminations
Maintain accurate and confidential employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and internal policies
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate support
Support benefits administration, payroll-related updates, and regulatory reporting, and assist with audits as needed
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and supporting the implementation of streamlined HR services
Requirements
Experience in HR administration, data management, and HRIS systems
Knowledge of social legislation, collective labor agreements, and HR policies
Strong communication skills in both local language and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to handle confidential information with care
