Job Description

HR Services Partner at Nutreco. Execute end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle. Maintain accurate and confidential employee data in HRIS systems. Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries. Support benefits administration and payroll-related updates. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Based in Beijing, Zhuhai, or Xiangtan. Full-time.

Job Responsibility

  • Execute end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration, promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and internal policies
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, providing timely and accurate support
  • Support benefits administration, payroll-related updates, and regulatory reporting, and assist with audits as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and supporting the implementation of streamlined HR services

Requirements

  • Experience in HR administration, data management, and HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of social legislation, collective labor agreements, and HR policies
  • Strong communication skills in both local language and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to handle confidential information with care
