Job Description:

As an HR Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within a supportive HR team of 6. You'll be the go to person for all HR related inquiries, making a positive impact on the employee experience from day one.

Job Responsibility:

  • Efficiently manage HR processes, including starters, leavers, and employee benefits administration
  • Respond to routine HR inquiries and provide guidance on contractual queries and employee lifecycle transactions
  • Maintain accurate employee records across various HRIS platforms
  • Validate right-to-work documentation in line with Home Office guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with HR procedures and data integrity to support accurate reporting
  • Write and maintain process documentation to meet compliance requirements
  • Collaborate on projects, liaising with stakeholders and assessing impacts

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility and foster positive relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems
  • HR Pro experience is a plus
  • A commonsense approach to problem-solving and a fair, consistent manner in handling issues
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and advice
