HR Service Delivery Representative

• Support service delivery of HR products and processes across functional areas within HR
• proactively seek ways to improve processes including query resolution, records management, and fulfillment of transaction processing requests
• perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, and customer support tasks
• handle records management, report generation, and HR transactions across systems like Workday and ServiceNow
• interact with immediate team and internal customers
• escalate non-routine questions

2+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years of experience in background check and/or candidate onboarding
