This role focuses on driving efficiency and effectiveness through the use of automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics. As a consultant, you will take a more strategic, forward-looking perspective—partnering across teams to identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enhance the employee experience. This role plays a key part in shaping how HR service delivery evolves across a global operating model.

  • Partner with operational teams, stakeholders, service delivery partners, and Product and Technology teams to identify, prioritize, and track process enhancements and system improvements across platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and support the delivery of system enhancements that improve service delivery and user experience
  • Develop, refine, and maintain procedures, job aids, and customer-facing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with scalable, AI-ready solutions
  • Analyze customer feedback (e.g., satisfaction surveys) and operational data to identify improvement opportunities that enhance service quality and reduce risk
  • Deliver data-driven, insight-led recommendations to address operational challenges and support adoption of new tools, technologies, and process improvements
  • Provide subject matter expertise and informal leadership to peers, coaching on process standardization, data interpretation, and use of AI-enabled tools
  • Partner with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders to elevate insights, align on priorities, and drive broader organizational improvements
