Job Description:

We are seeking an HR Service Center Representative to support a high-volume, fast-paced HR environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners by responding to HR-related inquiries and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across multiple systems, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders while following established policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, including employees, managers, leaders, applicants, retirees, and third-party vendors
  • Respond to inbound requests via phone, chat, portal, and email in a timely and detail oriented manner
  • Provide accurate guidance on HR topics such as payroll, benefits, time off, leave of absence (LOA), FMLA, and general HR policies
  • Utilize ServiceNow (or similar case management tools) to log, track, and manage inquiries through resolution
  • Navigate multiple systems and platforms (e.g., Workday, CRM tools, SharePoint) to research and resolve questions
  • Educate individuals on appropriate self-service tools, resources, and documentation when applicable
  • Ensure responses align with established policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex or out-of-scope issues appropriately to ensure effective resolution
  • Share trends, feedback, and insights related to the employee experience to support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR support, service center, or shared services environment
  • Strong knowledge of core HR topics such as payroll, benefits, leave administration, and time-off policies
  • Experience working in high-volume, case-based environments
  • Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow or similar ticketing/case management systems preferred
  • Comfortable navigating multiple HR systems and technology platforms
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain policies clearly and professionally
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
