Beacon Hill's client, a large membership-based financial services organization, is seeking an Associate HR Service Center Representative to join their hybrid operating HR team. This organization provides financial planning, insurance, investments, and banking services while maintaining a strong focus on community impact and giving. This role will sit within the HR Service Center and serve as a key point of contact for employees and internal partners, handling high-volume HR inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and HR processes.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to HR-related inquiries via phone and email
Actively listen and identify both stated and unstated employee needs
Research and resolve inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and HR systems in a timely manner
Utilize internal tools, systems, and resources to gather information and provide accurate responses
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate HR teams
Document 100% of interactions in the case management system
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR Service Center
Assist with HR administrative tasks and special projects
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, with direct experience in payroll and/or benefits
Strong customer service skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
