We are looking for an HR Service Center Rep to support essential employee relations and HR documentation activities for a healthcare organization in Georgia. This Contract position is well suited for someone who can manage sensitive information, produce accurate employment documents, and maintain organized records in HR systems. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in HR operations or a service center environment and can work independently while partnering effectively with HR stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Create severance documentation from approved templates, verifying employee details, timelines, and payout information for accuracy
Prepare disciplinary and performance-related documents, including warning notices and improvement plans, using direction provided by HR partners and people leaders
Enter, update, and organize employee information within Oracle-based HR systems and case tracking tools to maintain reliable records
Safeguard confidential personnel data and handle all documentation in alignment with company standards and applicable employment regulations
Respond to HR service requests with professionalism, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication with internal stakeholders
Support employee relations and onboarding-related administrative processes as needed within the HR service center function
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or an HR service center setting
Practical experience working with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, or a similar HRIS platform is strongly preferred
Strong written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to manage assignments independently in a remote work environment while meeting deadlines
Demonstrated discretion when working with confidential employee records and sensitive HR matters
High school diploma required
an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
