Job Description

Our Production Department is responsible for the supply chain behind online used car purchases for private customers. We are fast, data-driven, and efficient. But that’s not enough for us! Our goal is to conquer the market and achieve double-digit growth compared to last year. Support us as a Project Manager for Organizational Scaling to help build an organization that grows sustainably and exceeds its goals. As part of the Business Development Team at our headquarters, you will work closely with our production facilities to elevate our used car reconditioning to a new level.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a roadmap for scaling the organization within the Production Department
  • Lead cross-department initiatives with teams from Production and HR, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention for our blue collar employees
  • Create and maintain reports to measure changes in KPIs relating to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention
  • examples at the employee level include competency matrices, training duration, and training progress
  • Define and implement the onboarding process at the production centers to enable double-digit growth and ensure rapid integration into the teams
  • Collaborate with our trainers to identify training needs and develop training programs
  • Work with external partners to further improve our success in recruiting and training

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in a similar position, particularly in business development, as a project manager, or as an HR analyst and experience with blue collar employees
  • Work experience in a start-up, management consulting, a dynamic, fast-growing company, or the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Hands-on mentality, sense of responsibility, agility, and a strong solution orientation
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, decisiveness, and flexibility
  • Fluent communication skills in English is a Must
  • Valid Class B driver’s license
