HR Retail Specialist

• Oversee entry procedures and arrange training for new hires
• Conduct interviews with employees on leave and coordinate meetings with company physicians, participating in health committee meetings
• Plan and propose talent development and career paths
• Conduct interviews, primarily for new graduate recruitment
• Prepare and manage salary increase data documents

• Fluent in Japanese
• Intermediate English (TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
• 3+ years of HR experience in the retail industry (experience in payroll management is a plus)
• Strong communication skills to interact smoothly with diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated, flexible, responsible, with a strong sense of integrity
