Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in support of a mission-driven nonprofit organization that provides job coaching and support services for individuals with disabilities. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for community coach roles at multiple levels, as well as occasional administrative and finance positions
  • Create and post job advertisements, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate background checks
  • Oversee onboarding and facilitate new hire orientations
  • Maintain an average of 6 open requisitions at a time
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, providing coaching on talent pools and market insights
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and community recruiting events
  • Utilize systems such as Setworks, isolved, and iHire for recruitment and HR processes
  • Participate in frequent virtual meetings (via Microsoft Teams) and maintain effective communication across teams
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and requirements tied to local, state, and federal funding
  • support audits and reporting as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in nonprofit, social services, or healthcare settings
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
  • Familiarity with HR compliance standards and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other virtual meeting platforms
  • Comfort with applicant tracking and HRIS systems
