Requirements
Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and three years of relevant experience
Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience
Nice to have
Associate degree or bachelor's degree in human resources
Two or more years of relevant experience in human resources and/or payroll
Experience in data entry, payroll, recruitment, human resources, and customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to determine priorities, exercise sound judgment and work independently
Willingness to learn new software, to develop additional skills, and to engage in professional development
Ability to exercise discretion and uphold confidentiality
Demonstrated background or knowledge of human resource processes and policies
