Job Description

As HR Reporting & People Analytics Manager for Group IT, you will transform HR data into actionable insights by providing relevant KPIs and dashboards, supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reporting processes, including personnel cost planning and headcount analysis for TUI InfoTec, ensuring consistency, transparency and aligning local HR controlling activities with global business needs
  • Acting as the central point of contact for HR controlling topics, manage processes that ensure data quality and compliance and ensure timely delivery of insights to all stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes, helping implement new tools and standards that improve efficiency and data governance across Group IT
  • Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations to turn data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
  • Champion data accuracy and integrity by establishing quality assurance processes and ensuring stakeholders receive reliable insights they can trust
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, support various projects and represent Group IT in the CoE People Analytics

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR Controlling & Reporting or a similar field, preferably within an international environment
  • Good understanding of HR metrics, strong analytical thinking skills, and a keen eye for detail
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and a high affinity for data-driven insights
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
  • Work in a structured, independent way and are comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills enable you to present complex information in a way that is appropriate for the target audience
  • Fluency in both German and English is required

Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
