NTT DATA is currently looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Technical Specialist

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the technical owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system
  • Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs
  • Recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
  • Contributes to developing assets, accelerators, offerings and differentiators in the HCM space
  • Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
  • Communicate solutions to more junior consultants
  • Architect solutions and develop proof of concepts for demonstration to clients and prospects

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM overall solution and the high-level Human Resource business processes and their function in an organization
  • Advanced technical knowledge of one or more components
  • Reporting & Extracts : OTBI, BIP, HCM Extract & Fast Formulas
  • Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
  • Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as technical owner
  • Expert technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)
  • Experience in Redwood UI migration and Agentic AI
