Are you a passionate HR professional eager to make a significant impact? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Regional Field Partner. In this crucial role, you'll be the cornerstone of HR excellence, delivering exceptional support and solutions to managers and employees across the region/country. The HR Field Regional Partner will be accountable for the execution and delivery of HR processes, services, and solutions, ensuring operational excellence and customer intimacy with the assigned managers and employees. This position requires strong alignment with Strategic HR Business Partners to deliver respective business goals and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for strategy, tools, and best practices. The HR Field Partner will support both employees and managers, providing coaching and guidance on various routine HR matters.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate closely with Strategic HR Business Partners to execute and implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with business objectives
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly, fairly, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Support managers and employees through annual processes and day to day case management
  • Workforce planning and talent acquisition execution
  • Drive employee growth and development through effective performance management, compensation planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Change management support and execution
  • Ensure seamless execution of HR processes, including workforce planning, change management and compliance with HR procedures and policies
  • Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees, leveraging HR Centers of Excellence resources to address inquiries and resolve issues

  • In conjunction with recruiters, support managers with the hiring process and provide proper guidance
  • Collaborate with new hire onboarding & assimilation for employees and deploy training programs

  • Work directly with the HR Service Center team to streamline service delivery and overall process improvements by acting as a champion of the HR shared services delivery

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Proven success in managing employee relations matters, focusing on fairness, consistency, and compliance
  • Skillful in listening and ascertaining the needs and concerns of people and in communicating information concerning processes, policies, and procedures with accuracy and clarity
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to visit EMEA field offices
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professionalism
