Job Responsibility:
Conduct pre-screening of candidates for various care and support roles
Manage recruitment inboxes, applications, and candidate communications
Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers as needed
Support the onboarding process, ensuring all compliance documentation is obtained
Provide general HR administrative support across the team during the restructure
Assist with updating employee records, documents, and HR systems
Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and company policies
Support the transition period following the HR Advisor redundancy
Act as a central point of contact for basic HR and recruitment queries
Maintain accurate files, trackers, and spreadsheets
Work closely with internal teams to ensure continuity and minimal disruption to operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in Recruitment Admin, HR Admin, or a dual HR/recruitment support role
Strong experience with pre-screening, candidate contact, and compliance checking
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly during a period of change
