We're seeking a driven and people-focused HR Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process, helping us attract and hire top talent across multiple departments. You'll play a critical role in shaping the candidate experience, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring we bring in individuals who align with both our culture and long-term goals. Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other creative channels
Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates
Draft and post job descriptions that attract qualified and diverse candidates
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness
Support onboarding processes in partnership with HR to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Two to four years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience recruiting in high-growth or fast-paced environments
Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding processes
Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
