We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Roseburg, Oregon. In this long-term contract role, you will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates with relevant experience while ensuring a smooth recruiting process. This position requires working 100% on-site and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in talent acquisition.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent through various channels
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience and alignment with job requirements
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized and accurate records of candidate progress
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
Monitor and manage recruitment metrics to evaluate the efficiency of hiring processes
Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, including background checks and drug screenings
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to leadership and stakeholders
Foster relationships with candidates to create a positive experience throughout the hiring journey
Requirements:
Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing
Strong proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
Ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans
Familiarity with conducting background checks and drug screenings as part of hiring protocols
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations
Experience working 100% on-site in an HR environment that requires attention to detail
