We are seeking a HR Recruiter to identify, attract and hire top talent to support our organization’s hiring goals. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the offer process. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with recruitment processes and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This is a junior level position.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Source, screen and evaluate candidates through various channels
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation
Support onboarding activities for new hires
Monitor recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements
Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand
Requirements
1 year of human resources experience
Several months of full-cycle recruiting experience
Interested in continuing to build a career in recruiting
