Hr Recruiter

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs
• Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screenings
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed

• 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience (agency or corporate)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
