Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and distribute compelling job descriptions to attract candidates with relevant experience
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to streamline the recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate records
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and database management
Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and availability to support hiring decisions
Ensure compliance with employment laws, diversity initiatives, and company policies throughout all recruitment activities
Facilitate job offers, negotiate terms, and guide candidates through the hiring process
Evaluate and refine recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness over time
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver candidates who align with organizational culture
Support the organization’s goals by identifying and securing top talent in a SaaS or corporate environment
