Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in London, Ohio. In this contract position, you will play a key role in managing recruiting activities, supporting hiring needs, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct pre-screening and assessments for hourly associates to identify candidates with relevant experience
  • Organize and facilitate open interviews to efficiently meet hiring demands
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges, vendors, and other recruitment sources to support hiring initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment-based immigration laws and manage I-9 records
  • Coordinate drug testing and other pre-employment processes to streamline onboarding
  • Oversee new employee orientations to ensure a smooth transition for incoming employees
  • Utilize recruitment tools and software, including UKG Pro and UKG Ready, to manage hiring processes effectively
  • Monitor and evaluate recruiting efforts to meet organizational goals and deadlines
  • Prepare reports and analyze recruitment data to improve hiring strategies
  • Collaborate with HR personnel to implement recruiting functions and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruiting or a related field
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and other HR software
  • Knowledge of I-9 compliance and employment-based immigration laws
  • Experience in pre-screening, assessments, and drug testing processes
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruiting activities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting
  • Ability to maintain relationships with colleges and vendors to support recruitment efforts
