We are looking for an HR Recruiter to lead recruitment activities across assigned openings, helping hiring teams identify strong talent efficiently while maintaining a high standard of candidate care. The ideal candidate brings a proactive approach to sourcing, strong evaluation skills, and the ability to keep the hiring process organized from kickoff to acceptance.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, guiding each search from initial intake discussions through final offer acceptance
Identify and engage prospective candidates through direct outreach, employee referrals, online platforms, and networking channels
Evaluate applicants through resume review and interviews, then share well-informed candidate summaries and hiring recommendations with stakeholders
Arrange interviews, gather feedback from hiring teams, and help move decisions forward within expected timelines
Keep applicant records, recruiting activity, and candidate status updates accurate and current within the applicant tracking system
Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support both immediate vacancies and upcoming workforce needs
Deliver a respectful candidate experience by communicating clearly and consistently throughout the hiring process
Monitor labor market activity, compensation trends, and talent availability to strengthen recruiting strategies and hiring competitiveness
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in full-cycle or corporate recruiting
Demonstrated ability to source candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach and job boards
Experience conducting candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation
Strong communication and coordination skills when partnering with hiring managers and candidates
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
