Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas, on a Contract to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will excel in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new team members. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a dynamic and skilled workforce while utilizing your expertise in corporate recruiting.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the hiring workflow
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate experience and suitability for the role
Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience

Requirements:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Strong background in corporate recruiting, with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Familiarity with recruitment sourcing techniques and tools to attract top talent
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring
Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance in all recruitment activities
