Position: To support our growth, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team and contribute to the attraction and selection of engineering and technical professionals. The role focuses on managing recruitment activities across different areas of the company, supporting the identification, assessment, and engagement of candidates for positions related to engineering, software development, design, human factors, research, and innovation.
Job Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding support.
Source and identify candidates through job boards, professional networks, universities, and direct search activities.
Conduct screening interviews and support candidate assessment processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, research institutions, and professional communities.
Contribute to recruitment reporting and talent pipeline management activities.
Support recruiting activities for engineering, technical, and innovation-related positions.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication or related fields.
Experience or strong interest in technical and engineering recruitment.
Ability to understand technical roles and interact effectively with engineering and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
Experience recruiting profiles in areas such as automotive, engineering, software development, R&D or innovation.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Experience in consulting, engineering, technology, or innovation-driven environments.
Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction practices.
Experience collaborating with universities, master's programmes, research centres, or graduate recruitment initiatives.
