Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for both hourly manufacturing positions and salaried openings across the organization
  • Develop engaging job advertisements that clearly communicate role expectations and attract suitable talent
  • Identify and source candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting channels to build strong talent pipelines
  • Evaluate applicants through resume reviews and screening conversations, then coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate records for candidates, requisitions, and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system
  • Provide recruiting-related administrative support and prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office tools
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders as a trusted talent advisor, ensuring searches remain active and progress efficiently
  • Recommend and support improvements that enhance recruiting workflows and create a stronger candidate experience

Requirements

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for both hourly workforce roles and salaried positions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail and solid organizational skills for handling multiple openings and priorities effectively
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain momentum on searches with limited oversight
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications

Experience with Paycom is strongly preferred
