Job Responsibility:
Screening & Shortlisting: Review and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals to identify and attract top IT talent
CV Editing & Profile Enhancement: Ensure resumes meet industry standards before client submission
Client Coordination: Manage communication between clients and candidates
Negotiation & Offer Management: Handle salary discussions and finalize hiring
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage seamless joining and exit formalities
CRM Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database efficiently
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and clients
