Job Responsibility
Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit
Review resumes and identify potential candidates for open positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
Provide a positive and detail oriented candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating next steps
Requirements
Experience in corporate recruiting with the ability to support multiple openings and candidate pipelines at once
Background in candidate sourcing and applicant screening across various recruiting channels
Ability to conduct effective initial interviews and assess basic fit for role requirements
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data
Strong scheduling and coordination skills with close attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills when working with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced hiring environment while maintaining a high level of organization
