We are looking for HR Recruiter who manages the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates. This role involves to meet staffing needs, ensures a positive candidate experience, and maintains compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 Year of experience as HR Recruiter
Any Graduate
Specialisation in HR is welcome
Excellent in sourcing candidates through Job Portals, Referencing, Head Hunting, Social Media, etc.
Good at Relationship Building with Employees
Good Computer knowledge i.e. MS Office, Outlook, Linked-in, Indeed etc.
Should have good communication skills
Should be a self-starter, proactive & target-oriented
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Graduation Completed
Immediate joiners are preferred
Ensure candidates submitted for consideration meet the minimum experience requirement
