We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis at our facility in Humble, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our production operations by managing recruitment efforts for both hourly and salaried positions. This position requires hands-on involvement in full-cycle recruitment and collaboration with plant leadership to meet workforce needs effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions
Partner closely with the facility manager and production leadership to identify hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
Manage relationships with staffing agencies to ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements
Utilize applicant tracking systems to post job openings and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company values
Implement strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience, including leveraging job boards and LinkedIn
Assist with workforce planning to support production schedules and operational goals
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor regulations during all hiring activities
Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and workforce metrics
Collaborate with HR leadership to refine recruitment processes and address any challenges
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including both hourly and salaried roles
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms
Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications effectively
Familiarity with workforce planning and recruitment strategies
Basic Excel skills for tracking recruitment data and metrics
Proven ability to work on-site and collaborate directly with plant leadership
Experience managing agency relationships and ensuring fulfillment of staffing needs
Nice to have:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
