Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your recruiting expertise in a fast-paced and focused environment.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate data entry and database maintenance
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Perform background checks, drug screenings, and education verifications as required
Ensure candidates meet health and vaccination requirements, including proof of immunity and seasonal influenza vaccination
Maintain compliance with statewide criminal background checks and sexual abuse registry checks
Develop and execute effective recruiting techniques to attract candidates with relevant experience
Provide timely updates and communication to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies
Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and systems

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 2 years of directly related work experience
1-3 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings
Strong proficiency in data entry and database management
Demonstrated ability to work with urgency and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of background checks, candidate screening processes, and compliance requirements
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently
