We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a short-term contract assignment based onsite in California. This role is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, manage active recruiting needs with minimal ramp-up, and deliver a strong candidate experience from sourcing through offer coordination. The position focuses on full-cycle recruiting and day-to-day talent acquisition support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Job Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions, from intake discussions through candidate selection and onboarding coordination
Source talent through multiple channels, including job boards, databases, referrals, and proactive outreach
Screen applicants to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit with hiring needs and organizational expectations
Schedule and conduct interviews while guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and maintain progress on urgent openings
Maintain accurate and timely records within the applicant tracking system to ensure organized workflows and reporting visibility
Communicate regularly with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide updates, next steps, and hiring timelines
Support short-term recruiting coverage by handling active requisitions efficiently during a contract staffing gap
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within a corporate or high-volume environment
Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer-stage coordination
Hands-on experience identifying talent through direct sourcing and other recruitment channels
Ability to conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications against job requirements
Proficiency using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate activity and requisition status
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple openings and meet tight deadlines
Clear and thorough communication skills for working with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
