We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join a team on a contract basis. This position will lead end-to-end hiring efforts across a variety of roles, supporting both operational and management-level recruitment needs. The role begins with onsite training and offers remote flexibility afterward, making it a strong fit for someone who can quickly build relationships, manage multiple openings, and keep hiring activity moving efficiently.
Job Responsibility
Lead the full recruitment cycle for roughly 20 active openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination
Identify and engage candidates for a wide range of positions, including hourly, labor-focused, and mid-level leadership roles
Review applications, conduct screenings and interviews, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR team members to align recruiting activity with business needs and hiring timelines
Keep candidates informed with timely updates while ensuring a positive and attentive experience throughout the process
Use established recruiting tools, workflows, and job documentation to maintain organized and efficient hiring operations
Track applicant activity within the ATS and support accurate movement of candidates through the pipeline
Complete initial onsite training and transition into a remote work arrangement while continuing to support distributed hiring efforts
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience managing full cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency-supported environment
Demonstrated success hiring for multiple job levels, including hourly workforce positions and management roles
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills across diverse candidate groups
Clear and effective communication skills when working with applicants, hiring leaders, and internal HR partners
Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage recruiting workflows and candidate records
Ability to work onsite in Jackson, Wisconsin for the training period before moving into a remote-flexible setup
Familiarity with BambooHR is preferred, though comparable ATS experience is acceptable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting that requires adaptability, organization, and strong relationship-building
