HR Recruiter

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for roughly 20 active openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination
• Identify and engage candidates for a wide range of positions, including hourly, labor-focused, and mid-level leadership roles
• Review applications, conduct screenings and interviews, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR team members to align recruiting activity with business needs and hiring timelines
• Keep candidates informed with timely updates while ensuring a positive and attentive experience throughout the process
• Use established recruiting tools, workflows, and job documentation to maintain organized and efficient hiring operations
• Track applicant activity within the ATS and support accurate movement of candidates through the pipeline
• Complete initial onsite training and transition into a remote work arrangement while continuing to support distributed hiring efforts

• At least 3 years of experience managing full cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency-supported environment
• Demonstrated success hiring for multiple job levels, including hourly workforce positions and management roles
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills across diverse candidate groups
• Clear and effective communication skills when working with applicants, hiring leaders, and internal HR partners
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage recruiting workflows and candidate records
• Ability to work onsite in Jackson, Wisconsin for the training period before moving into a remote-flexible setup
• Familiarity with BambooHR is preferred, though comparable ATS experience is acceptable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting that requires adaptability, organization, and strong relationship-building
