Job Responsibility
Reach out to prospective candidates to introduce opportunities, assess interest, and maintain an active pipeline
Coordinate interview logistics by arranging schedules between candidates and hiring teams while keeping communication timely and thorough
Present and deliver employment offers, answer candidate questions, and help move applicants through final hiring steps
Keep recruitment records current by entering and updating candidate and hiring information within the HR system
Support day-to-day recruiting operations during a period of increased business demand and sustained hiring activity
Promote the organization effectively to candidates by communicating role value, workplace strengths, and career potential
Track applicant progress and maintain clear documentation to support an organized and compliant hiring process
Requirements
Experience supporting corporate recruiting or talent acquisition activities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate confidently with candidates by phone and guide conversations professionally
Familiarity with hiring workflows, including scheduling, offer communication, and recruitment documentation
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail when maintaining applicant and system records
Resilience and persistence in managing a high-volume workload and adapting to changing hiring needs
Ability to represent the company positively and encourage candidate interest through effective communication
Proficiency with HR or applicant tracking systems and general administrative recruiting tasks
