Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interview scheduling and hiring follow-up
Build candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing methods, industry networks, and recruiting tools to identify talent aligned with business needs
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit for each opportunity
Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on selection criteria, and maintain progress throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system to support reporting, workflow visibility, and compliance
Coordinate interview logistics and communication to create a smooth and positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
Use recruiting technology, including Kronos, Kronos Workforce, UKG Pro, and UKG Ready, to support hiring operations and talent acquisition processes
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing full cycle recruiting in a corporate environment
Strong background in sourcing candidates across multiple channels and building talent pipelines
Ability to conduct effective candidate interviews and evaluate skills, experience, and role alignment
Hands-on experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data
Familiarity with Kronos, Kronos Workforce, UKG Pro, and UKG Ready
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills when partnering with hiring managers and candidates
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced recruitment setting
