We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join a human resources team in Georgia in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position focuses on attracting talent with relevant experience, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and creating an organized, welcoming onboarding experience for new employees. The role also supports recruiting operations through Workday-driven reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement to help the business recruit effectively and stay compliant.
Job Responsibility:
Lead recruitment efforts from initial intake through offer stage for openings across multiple business areas
Use Workday and other applicant tracking tools to publish positions, monitor candidate activity, and maintain an active hiring pipeline
Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to provide updates on requisitions, advise on hiring strategy, and improve decision-making throughout the search process
Build candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking channels, and other outreach strategies
Coordinate interviews, evaluate applicant qualifications, and help deliver a consistent and supportive candidate experience
Manage onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring required steps are completed accurately and on schedule
Facilitate new employee orientation and provide employees with resources that support a smooth transition into the organization
Produce recruiting and onboarding reports, analyze hiring trends, and recommend process enhancements based on data insights
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for Workday recruiting and onboarding functionality, including user support and training when needed
Ensure recruiting and onboarding practices align with company standards, employment regulations, and inclusive talent acquisition principles
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR operations within a fast-paced business environment
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Workday recruiting and onboarding modules
Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms, including Workday HRIS and ADP TotalSource
Ability to manage multiple open priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines with limited supervision
Effective communication and relationship-building skills for working with candidates, managers, and cross-functional partners
Understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and data-driven recruiting practices
