We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support staffing efforts for field-based and hourly positions. Job Responsibility
Manage recruitment activities for hourly and operational roles, including driver and labor-focused positions
Review incoming applications, evaluate candidate alignment, and move suitable individuals through the selection process
Source talent through appropriate channels to build pipelines for open positions and difficult-to-fill roles
Conduct interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring managers to support timely staffing decisions
Prepare and distribute offer letters while ensuring hiring documentation is completed accurately
Oversee pre-employment screening steps and follow up on outstanding requirements
Support candidates who need assistance completing applications or understanding the selection process
Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system
Assist with DOT-related recruiting activities for positions that require regulatory hiring considerations
Requirements
Experience recruiting for hourly, field-based, or high-volume positions
Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage
Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data
Ability to prepare hiring documents and support candidate screening administration
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide applicants through each stage of the process
Knowledge of DOT-related recruiting requirements is preferred
Experience in corporate or service-focused recruiting environments is a plus
