Job Description:

Contract role for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment processes and contribute to organizational growth through effective hiring strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience
conduct interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles
collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and align recruitment efforts
utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline and manage recruitment workflows
build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
ensure compliance with corporate policies and employment regulations throughout the recruitment process
provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress to leadership and stakeholders
enhance employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive workplace
maintain organized documentation and records related to recruitment activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding
strong background in corporate recruiting with a focus on roles requiring attention to detail
proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate suitability
knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment
demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
strategic mindset with a focus on building long-term talent pipelines.
