Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a Contract position based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role focuses on managing recruiting activities from initial outreach through offer stage while helping maintain an organized and efficient candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing ability, interview coordination expertise, and confidence working in high-volume recruiting environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, guiding candidates through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection stages
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines by identifying talent through targeted outreach, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with open positions
  • Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and move searches forward efficiently
  • Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and follow-up throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and workflow updates within the applicant tracking system
  • Support multiple open requisitions at once while meeting timelines in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
