Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in applicant tracking systems and workforce management tools to drive hiring success.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the hiring process
Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials to ensure compliance with company policies
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans
Leverage platforms such as CareerBuilder and CRM tools to identify and engage potential hires
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies
Support benefit functions and other HR-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other workforce management tools
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
Familiarity with conducting background checks and managing compliance processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Experience with CRM tools and CareerBuilder is highly desirable
Strong organizational and analytical skills to track and improve hiring outcomes
