Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in applicant tracking systems and workforce management tools to drive hiring success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the hiring process
  • Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans
  • Leverage platforms such as CareerBuilder and CRM tools to identify and engage potential hires
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies
  • Support benefit functions and other HR-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other workforce management tools
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • Familiarity with conducting background checks and managing compliance processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM tools and CareerBuilder is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to track and improve hiring outcomes
