We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts and provide day-to-day human resources coordination in Fort Worth, Texas. This Long-term Contract position will play a key role in guiding candidates through the hiring process while also assisting with core HR activities that keep employee records, onboarding, and benefits-related tasks organized. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing recruiting priorities with administrative responsibilities and can work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end recruiting activities, including creating job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting initial candidate evaluations, and coordinating interview schedules
Manage pre-employment steps such as background checks, hiring documentation, and communication with selected candidates to support a smooth hiring experience
Provide administrative HR support by maintaining personnel records, updating employee information, and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
Assist with onboarding activities to help new hires transition into the organization efficiently and in compliance with internal procedures
Support benefits-related administration, including open enrollment preparation, benefit record updates, and coordination of payroll-related benefit items
Use HRIS tools, including Paylocity, to enter, review, and maintain employee and recruiting data with a high degree of accuracy
Prepare reports and track workforce or recruiting metrics to support hiring decisions and broader HR operations
Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to keep recruitment timelines on track and respond to routine HR-related questions
Requirements:
Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and general human resources administration in a detail-focused setting
Working knowledge of onboarding processes, pre-employment screening, and candidate documentation requirements
Familiarity with benefits administration, open enrollment support, and benefits-related payroll coordination
Hands-on experience using an HRIS platform
Paylocity experience is strongly preferred
Ability to generate, review, and organize HR or recruiting reports with strong attention to detail
Strong communication and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
Proficiency in maintaining confidential employee information with accuracy and discretion
