Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify an HR Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This role will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire top talent, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer management
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Nice to have:
Bilingual in Spanish/English
