We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet the organization’s hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews
Maintain candidate pipelines and track activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Coordinate interview logistics and gather feedback from hiring teams
Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation and onboarding processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay up to date on market trends and recruiting best practices
Requirements
1–3+ years of recruiting or HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
