Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Weldon, North Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting and corporate recruitment will ensure a seamless hiring process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates with relevant experience
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized and efficient recruitment workflows
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
  • Facilitate new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and corporate recruitment
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications accurately
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of onboarding and new employee orientation processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
