We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Weldon, North Carolina. This Contract to permanent position requires an experienced and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about talent acquisition and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and onboarding top talent to drive organizational success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and implement effective strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience for corporate roles
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows
Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through proactive sourcing methods
Coordinate and execute new employee orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
Foster positive relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and engagement
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to identify top talent
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment processes
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate candidates effectively
Familiarity with new employee orientation procedures and best practices
