Job Responsibility:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience
Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
Leverage applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment activities
Build strong pipelines of talent for current and future hiring needs
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all recruitment activities
Provide timely updates to stakeholders on the status of recruitment efforts
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing
Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records
Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
