This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly roles within manufacturing and distribution sectors. The ideal candidate will excel at creating innovative sourcing strategies, coordinating hiring events, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for hourly roles in manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution settings
Develop and implement sourcing strategies using social media platforms, job boards, and other recruitment tools to attract high-quality candidates
Plan, organize, and execute hiring events to meet staffing needs effectively
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment updates
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and organized candidate records
Travel between company facilities as needed to support recruitment efforts and hiring events
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance hiring efficiency
Stay informed about industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments
Proven ability to plan and execute hiring events effectively
Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
equivalent experience will be considered
