We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This long-term contract role offers the opportunity to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring optimal candidate selection and placement. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sourcing, screening, and making offers, along with hands-on experience in applicant tracking systems.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
Review and analyze large volumes of resumes to identify candidates with relevant experience
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills and fit
Make verbal employment offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates
Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment workflows
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Travel to designated project locations on a limited basis to oversee recruitment activities and post job advertisements
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with company policies
Leverage industry knowledge, especially in industrial construction roles such as millwrights, crane operators, and electricians
Collaborate with teams to ensure timely hiring for critical positions
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and screening
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Strong verbal communication skills for making offers and negotiating terms
Familiarity with industrial construction roles such as electricians and rig operators
Ability to handle high volumes of resumes and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with corporate recruiting processes and strategies
Knowledge of ADP systems is highly desirable
Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment-related duties
